Scarlett is an intelligent and creative little girl with a lot of spunk.   She is a competitive dancer and loves performing on stage and in front of the camera. She can light up any room with her infectious smile. She enjoys creating art especially greeting cards. She loves to design jewelry and make friendship bracelets for her family and friends.  Scarlett has 2 younger siblings. She is a great helper and loves being the older sister!
