Catherine “Cat” Friends

Cat Friends has enjoyed a diverse career in the dance, entertainment and health industry for over 20 years. She has booked print and on-camera jobs for clients including Shape magazine, Tech 9 music, Chicago Uno pizza, Guys potato chips and Hallmark Cards.

Cat is a mom of 3 and has enjoyed booking several jobs with her real family.

Her Professional dance career includes the University of Missouri Golden Girls Competition team and 6 seasons with the NFL as a Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader. Cat was selected as the Pro Bowl Cheerleader representative in Hawaii. She has been cast as a performer in multiple NFL military USO entertainment tours locally and internationally including Cuba, Spain, Portugal and Egypt.

Currently she is on staff at Diane’s School of Dance is in her 12th season with the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader Alumni Group. Cat has a passion for health wellness and is on staff with Saint Luke’s Physician Group specializing in Cardiology as a board certified nurse practitioner provider.
