Ceasar Romero Evans, Jr. of Kansas City, Kansas is an actor with experience in the Entertainment Industry here in Kansas City as well as Hollywood.

Ceasar began acting and doing voice- overs at the age of five and like his sister Ce'Ara Riley Evans, has had amazing training from the best in Kansas City and Hollywood which also provided him with the opportunity of becoming bi-state worthy.  Most of  Ceasar's work experience comes from Hollywood where he has worked on several television shows, movies, music videos and commercials.
